Returns and Refunds

We REQUEST you to make a video recording of Unboxing the Product/s you receive from Kaayraz.com without any pause. So that in case of any physical damage to the product, you have to provide us with that uncut or uncensored video, then only we may work on to provide you with product replacement. If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 7 days in case of defects or functional problems,provided you have to submit an Unboxing Video as per narration. You will need to send these back to us to get credit for the amount paid. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.

Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.
